Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs (Air Fryer) 🍗🧄🧀

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or boneless, skinless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 380°F (195°C) and lightly grease the basket.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and coat evenly with olive oil.
  3. Make the Seasoning Mix: In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  4. Coat the Chicken: Press each chicken thigh into the Parmesan mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Air Fry:
    • Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
    • Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest & Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a side salad.
