 Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken 




Ingredients:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  3. Preheat Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
  4. Grill Chicken: Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest & Serve: Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
  6. Enjoy! Serve with rice, grilled veggies, or a fresh salad.
