Buffalo Chicken Sliders


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and dressing (if using).
  3. Assemble Sliders: Slice rolls in half, keeping them attached. Place bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer Ingredients: Spread buffalo chicken evenly, sprinkle cheese, then place top half of rolls.
  5. Butter Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over sliders.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve: Enjoy warm with extra ranch or blue cheese on the side!
