Mexican BBQ Street Corn Chicken Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup grilled corn
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup cotija cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Method:
