Mexican BBQ Street Corn Chicken Rice Bowl




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup grilled corn
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup cotija cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Method:
