Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Chicken: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and dressing (if using).
- Assemble Sliders: Slice rolls in half, keeping them attached. Place bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Layer Ingredients: Spread buffalo chicken evenly, sprinkle cheese, then place top half of rolls.
- Butter Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over sliders.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with extra ranch or blue cheese on the side!
