Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs (Air Fryer) 🍗🧄🧀
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or boneless, skinless)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 380°F (195°C) and lightly grease the basket.
- Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and coat evenly with olive oil.
- Make the Seasoning Mix: In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Coat the Chicken: Press each chicken thigh into the Parmesan mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Air Fry:
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest & Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a side salad.
