Air-Fried Crumbed Fish
Ingredients:
- 2 fillets white fish (cod, tilapia, haddock, or any firm fish)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Coating: In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the Fish: Dip each fish fillet into the beaten egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Arrange in Air Fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the fish fillets in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Cook: Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or a side of salad and fries.
